Refund and Return Policy

At Rocky Mountain Furniture, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return guidelines:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery or pickup with proof of purchase.

• Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise.

• Special orders, closeout items, and "as is" items are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the item has been inspected and approved.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable, and return shipping or pickup fees may apply.
