All warranty claims must be submitted through Rocky Mountain Furniture. To begin the process, please complete the warranty form below with the required information and photos. Our team will review your submission and contact you if your product qualifies for warranty consideration. Please note that submitting a claim does not guarantee approval, as all warranties are subject to manufacturer review and approval.

Furniture piece with defect

Describe in detail the defect you are experiencing with your furniture piece.

Purchase Date, if you do not have the date please estimate.

Please provide the following photos:

· The entire item

· The law tags on the bottom of the item

· The piece that is broken

· Any photos that identify the problem

· A video of the piece preforming in a defective way

Mattress Warranty:

· A photo of the mattress

· The law tags

· The foundation of the mattress

· Defect close-up

· Defect from a distance

· Measurement photo Place a straight object (like a broom handle or yardstick) across the mattress and measure the depth of the sag. Take a photo showing the measuring tape clearly. Your warranty will not be submitted without this.
